1. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the instant and irrevocable access provided to digital goods upon purchase, all sales are final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered (via download link or email), we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, contact us within 7 days with proof, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order.
- Technical issues: If you are unable to access/download the product due to a technical fault on our side (e.g., broken link, file corruption), we will either provide a corrected file or issue a refund.
- Wrong product delivered: If by mistake you receive a different product than the one you ordered, we will correct the error or refund your payment.
3. Eligibility for Refund Requests
To request a refund (only for the exceptions above), you must:

- Provide your order number, email address, and proof of issue (screenshot or error message).
4. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are not guaranteed if the issue arises due to your device compatibility, internet connection, or lack of required software.
